Fieldway was appointed by Together Housing Group to complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across 985 properties. All C1 and C2 remedial works identified during inspections were also completed to bring homes up to the required standard.
A detailed mobilisation process established the delivery programme, customer service levels, health and safety requirements and KPI targets. Five engineers were initially deployed, completing around three properties per day and prioritising properties according to EICR expiry dates. All works were completed on time and within budget.
What we did
Fieldway completed electrical inspection and remedial works across 985 Together Housing properties in Yorkshire and Lancashire.
Residents received a reminder call or text 24 hours before appointments, based on their preferred communication method. Additional resources were deployed to manage no-access issues.
