Following a competitive tender through the Procure Plus Framework, Fieldway was appointed to deliver fire door remedial works arising from Fire Risk Assessment recommendations for Mosscare St Vincent’s.
Works include replacing hinges, closers and seals, adjusting fire doors and replacing doors where required. Fieldway’s FIRAS-accredited joiners batch works at properties in close proximity to improve programme efficiency. With approximately 900 fire doors requiring remediation and an estimated 1,200–1,500 actions annually, cross-trained technicians provide responsive resource across the MSV estate.
