Since April 2020, Fieldway has provided fire alarm and emergency lighting maintenance for Southway Housing across approximately 6,000 properties.
The multi-disciplinary contract covers fire alarms, emergency lighting, extinguishers, AOVs, gates and barriers, door entry, CCTV, automatic doors, air conditioning, lighting conductors, solar panels and nurse call systems. Multi-skilled engineers provide flexible resource and technical coverage. Fieldway also supports Southway’s sustainability objectives through local resource planning, low-emission vehicles, responsible procurement and efficient delivery routes.
