Fieldway delivered 30,000m² of British Gypsum Glasroc F FireCase two-hour encasement – which provides passive fire protection to structural steelwork sections; together with Hilti fire stopping systems; acoustic and air sealing, and Nullifire intumescent coatings, thin‑film fire‑protective systems for structural steel and concrete, offering up to 120 minutes of certified fire resistance
As the existing shopping centre remained operational during the programme, minimising disruption to shoppers and retailers was a key priority.
