Fieldway has maintained a long-standing relationship with Cobalt Housing, delivering fire safety and security services across its property portfolio.
The contract includes servicing and maintenance of fire alarms, emergency lighting, CCTV, door entry, intruder alarms, AOVs, dry risers and sprinkler systems. Following successful delivery, Fieldway was awarded additional works to upgrade fire detection systems across 960 properties following Fire Risk Assessment recommendations. Works included new hardwired, interconnected smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors, together with heat detectors in communal areas.
