Fieldway delivered passive fire protection works at Carey Lodge, Cherry Garth and Icknield Court for Housing Solutions. Following Fire Risk Assessments undertaken by an external consultant, Fieldway completed detailed compartmentation surveys and fire door inspections to identify required remedial works.
The programme included fire curtains, fire barriers, penetration sealing and multiple FD60 fire doors. Rockwool sealant was used for fire stopping works. Following completion, Fieldway provided a post-inspection report and O&M manual, demonstrating the completed works and supporting compliance requirements.
