From EICR testing to full rewires and LED upgrades, Fieldway delivers electrical compliance work that’s properly recorded, not just properly done.
Electrical compliance work is scheduled to minimise disruption, whether that’s a single flat or a whole estate. Every EICR and remedial job is recorded digitally, giving clients an up-to-date, auditable picture of their electrical compliance.
What we do
Fieldway’s electrical services keep buildings safe, compliant and energy-efficient.
What is an EICR and how often do I need one?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) checks the safety of a property’s electrical installation. Landlords of residential properties in England must have a valid EICR at least every 5 years; other buildings may need more frequent testing depending on use and risk.
Why choose Fieldway for Electrical compliance work?
Fieldway delivers compliant electrical installation, testing and maintenance work, from routine EICRs through to full rewires and upgrades. Every EICR identifies exactly what needs fixing and why, and every remedial job closes that gap properly rather than patching round it. We also deliver LED lighting upgrades and solar PV maintenance, helping clients cut running costs at the same time as staying compliant.
How we deliver Electrical compliance work?
Electrical compliance work is scheduled to minimise disruption, whether that’s a single flat or a whole estate. Every EICR and every remedial job is recorded digitally, so clients always have an up-to-date, auditable picture of their electrical compliance across their entire portfolio.
What happens if my EICR identifies a problem?
Any issue an EICR identifies is coded by severity. Fieldway carries out the remedial work needed to bring the installation up to a safe, compliant standard, then re-tests and re-certifies it.
What accreditation do your electricians hold?
Fieldway’s electrical work is delivered to NICEIC standards, the UK’s leading electrical competent person scheme, covering both installation and testing.
Do you install and maintain solar PV systems?
Yes. Fieldway maintains existing solar PV installations to keep them performing safely and efficiently, protecting the client’s investment in renewable energy generation.
Can electrical upgrades be carried out in occupied buildings?
Yes. Fieldway schedules electrical compliance work to minimise disruption, whether that’s a single occupied flat or a whole estate, with every job recorded digitally.
