Fieldway was awarded a four-year Procure Plus contract to deliver compartmentation works, fire door upgrades and maintenance, and Fire Risk Assessment actions across more than 80 Johnnie Johnson Housing properties.
FIRAS surveyors undertake detailed compartmentation surveys covering floors, walls, roof spaces, basements, voids, risers and shafts. Survey findings are matched to pre-agreed Procure Plus rates before remedial works are delivered. Each site is overseen by a FIRAS supervisor, with fire stopping solutions including intumescent mastic, fire batt, pipe wraps, collars, fire curtains and cavity barriers.
Client update: Johnnie Johnson Housing joined Sanctuary as a subsidiary in February 2024. Its formal Transfer of Engagements to Sanctuary completed on 31 January 2025.
