Fieldway was appointed to Onward Homes’ Passive Fire Framework, delivering fire door replacement and maintenance across flats, communal areas, sheltered schemes and tower blocks. Works have included fire door sets, intumescent seals, hinges, closers and penetration sealing.
Fieldway has also maintained Onward’s active fire systems for many years, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, dry risers and AOVs. Dedicated Works Coordinators and a pool of 10 multi-skilled engineers support delivery across three regions, with tailored safeguarding procedures for Extra Care Schemes.
