Fieldway delivered a comprehensive electrical and fire safety upgrade programme for Northwards Housing across eight sheltered housing blocks in North Manchester. Works included communal rewiring, fire alarm upgrades, warden call replacements, lighting upgrades, lift replacements and fire stopping.
During mobilisation, Fieldway developed an efficient concurrent delivery programme, with the dedicated Project Manager overseeing two blocks simultaneously. Specialist subcontractors were closely managed through regular reviews, inspections and audits to maintain quality, compliance and programme performance.
