Fieldway was appointed as Christian Action Housing’s designated Passive Fire Contractor through the Procurement for Housing Fire Safety Framework. The two-year programme covers fire door upgrades, compartmentation works and intumescent seal installations.
Following Fire Risk Assessments undertaken by Frankham Consultancy Group, Fieldway surveyed properties and completed remedial actions against agreed schedules of rates. At Enfield Foyer, Fieldway rectified breaches to 26 flat-entrance fire doors and three sets of cross-corridor fire doors, including hinges, intumescent strips, drop seals and door closers.
