Fieldway was appointed to manage and deliver a £11m fire safety upgrade programme for Pendleton Together, covering nine high-rise buildings and 833 occupied homes. The project included fire alarm and detection installations, emergency lighting upgrades, sprinkler systems, fire door replacements and compartmentation works. Acting under CDM 2015, we assumed full responsibility for the design, coordination and delivery of the programme from inception through to completion.
